Michael is a Canadian Forces Veteran currently completing his Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Michael who likes to integrates his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of his clients. He works with individuals, couples, and families. Some of his approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Addictions. Michael brings his experience with addiction, trauma and stress related injuries to help individuals heal from trauma and stressful life-work events.
