Elyse works with individuals, couples and families specializing in EFT, IFS and somatic approaches. Elyse is passionate about working to create resiliency with her clients, and has extensive work experience in the mental health field as a youth worker and group facilitator, as well as in the research field examining child and youth resilience in Ottawa and in Sydney Australia. Elyse provides services in both English and French.
