Therapy for military members, Veterans, first responders and their families
Serving takes a toll that people outside the job don't always see. Our therapists know military and first responder culture, and some have served themselves. We offer confidential, evidence-based care for you and the people closest to you, in person in Nepean or online across Canada, in English or French.
Who we work with
Serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces
Veterans
Police officers, including the RCMP
Paramedics, firefighters and other first responders
Spouses, partners, children and families
How we work
We go at your pace. You don't have to tell your whole story in the first session, and you stay in control of what you share. Our approach is trauma-informed and rooted in evidence-based treatment, with the goal of improving your overall health and well-being. You can come on your own, with your partner, or as a family.
Coverage through Veterans Affairs, the CAF, the RCMP and PCVRS
You may be able to access therapy through Veterans Affairs Canada, the Canadian Armed Forces, Medavie Blue Cross or your Employee Assistance Program. If you already have approval, mention it in your message and we'll help you with the next steps.
