Valerie Lemieux-Lloyd

Valerie works with adult individuals, with a special focus on Veterans, their families, as well as survivors of childhood sexual abuse, including intrafamilial abuse. She employs a multimodal and trauma-informed approach to ensure that the unique needs of each client are met with care and intention. Valerie draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal-informed practices, allowing her to tailor treatment to each person’s lived experience.
With experience supporting individuals affected by trauma, PTSD, work-related stress, and complex family dynamics, Valerie understands how overwhelming and isolating these challenges can feel. She is committed to walking alongside clients as they work toward healing, recovery, and meaningful personal growth.
Valerie provides services in both English and French.
