Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Sarah blends warmth, humour and depth, creating space for both connection and the hard emotions clients carry. She has a BA in Human Relations and Spirituality, an MA (April 2026) with a focus on couples and families, and RSSW specializing in supporting neurodivergent children, teens and their families. 

With over six years providing therapy, combined with her personal experience parenting neurodivergent children into adulthood, Sarah brings both professional expertise and real world understanding to her work.

She supports clients including children, teens, adults, couples and families, in discovering their strengths, overcoming challenges and fostering meaningful connections. 

Sarah often incorporates art, play and creative techniques into therapy. Using techniques from Emotion Focused Therapy EFT, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems and Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT, and adapts her approach to each client’s needs, creating therapy that is meaningful, engaging and fun.

Sarah offers a compassionate and creative space where clients can be themselves and feel respected and encouraged.
