Lilly has a Master's degree from School of Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality at Saint Paul University, with a concentration in Couple and Family Therapy. In her previous life, she was a midwife, childbirth educator, and early parenting coach. 

Lilly works with individuals, couples, polyamorous partnerships, and families. She offers narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.

Lilly strives to provide counselling that is gender-affirming and inclusive of all identities, sexual orientations, beliefs and spiritual traditions. She places great value on building warm, caring, and collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients.
