Justin Chin
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Justin has over two years of experience in the mental health field and a deep passion for spirituality. He believes that, at their core, people are inherently good and already possess the inner resources needed for healing and growth. Justin views therapy as a space where these inner capacities can emerge through a genuine, empathic relationship, and he strives to create a warm and authentic environment where clients feel truly seen, understood, and supported in reconnecting with themselves.
Justin holds an MA in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. He is particularly passionate about working with trauma, addiction, and the healing of childhood wounds, and is interested in integrating spirituality into the therapeutic process. Justin believes that healing often involves reconnecting with one’s deeper self, finding meaning in one’s experiences, and cultivating self-compassion.
Justin uses an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. He tailors his approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Justin offers psychotherapy in French and English.
