Hillary Do

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hillary works with adults and specializes in supporting military personnel, first responders, healthcare workers, veterans, and their families who are impacted by work-related stressors, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and adjustment or reintegration-related challenges.

As a Canadian Armed Forces veteran, Hillary understands the unique demands associated with high operational tempo environments, strict security classification systems, workplace power imbalances, and deployments. She recognizes how these experiences can contribute to burnout, isolation, and difficulties discussing or processing presenting concerns for both members and their support networks.

Hillary also works with individuals from BIPOC communities who have experienced trauma, discrimination, and challenges navigating cross-cultural identities and expectations. She utilizes an integrative approach informed by the biopsychosocial (BPS) model, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), and Polyvagal-informed practices to provide personalized and culturally responsive care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Hillary brings experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, addiction, workplace stress, and complex interpersonal dynamics. She understands the challenges involved in accessing and maintaining meaningful support and is committed to helping clients engage in self-exploration, healing, and sustainable personal growth.

Hillary provides services in both English and Vietnamese.
