Candice has over five years of experience in the mental health field and believes therapy should feel both supportive and real. She strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Candice completed her BA in Psychology at Concordia University and is currently completing her MA in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University, with a specialization in Couples and Family Therapy.
Candice's experience began in community-based settings, where she worked with women affected by conjugal violence and their children, shaping a foundation in trauma-informed care. Candice is attentive to clients’ experiences and works collaboratively to support their goals. She works with individuals, couples and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions.
Candice uses an integrative approach by incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, tailoring her approach to each clients’ needs.
Candice offers psychotherapy in French, English and Turkish.
