Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Amélie has over 3 years of experience as a psychosocial worker and 2 years of supervised clinical experience in psychotherapy. She offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard and understood.

Amélie holds an Master of Arts Counselling and Spirituality, with a specialization in Couple and Family Therapy from Saint Paul University. She supports authenticity and personal growth while meeting each client in their unique journey.

Her experience includes working with youth facing mental health and substance use challenges, as well as supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. She has also facilitated group workshops, developing a dynamic and accessible approach to diverse needs, shaped by her work in crisis situations.  

Amélie adopts an integrative approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and adapts her work to each client’s needs.

She offers services in both French and English.
